With certifications from the Cancer Exercise Training Institute (CETI), Integrative Wellness Academy (IWA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), years of combining exercise and nutrition from BODI, and currently a Shaklee Ambassador, Jennifer offers a powerful combination of education, empathy, and lived experience.
She is uniquely equipped to guide you through movement that restores—not depletes—your energy. Whether you’re in treatment or post-treatment, Jennifer creates realistic, safe plans that help you build strength and confidence without overwhelm.
